Having worked as a nurse in the NHS for over 40 years, I was traditionally trained and hold a nursing degree with non-medical prescribing at masters level. For the last 15 years, I’ve been a specialist diabetes nurse and currently the lead nurse for diabetes at Barnet and Chase Farm hospitals.

I love working to achieve your desired enhancement.

My interest in facial aesthetics developed over 5 years ago. I became amazed with how much the aesthetics industry had moved forward and the results you could get from administering different products. That’s when I took my Botox course at Wigmore medical in London closely followed by filler training. My passion has since continued and I regularly attend numerous training courses to ensure all my skills are kept up to date with the current guidelines.

I have a real passion for natural facial aesthetics and love working to achieve everyone’s desired enhancement. I am fully registered and insured and offer complimentary consultations with no obligation to go ahead with a treatment.

Anti-wrinkle Botox injections

Overuse of facial muscles can result in deep frown lines, expression lines between the brows, crows feet etc. Botulinum toxin temporarily weakens underlying muscles responsible for wrinkling so creating a smoother younger-looking complexion.

Benefits of anti-wrinkle injections:

  • Smoother complexion, including a reduction in pore size
  • Prevents wrinkles
  • Quick and safe treatment
  • Minimal discomfort and no downtime required
  • Administered by our professional fully insured registered nurse

Is Botox safe and how long do the results last?

Botulinum toxin has been used for over 30 years and is a safe and tested method with no known long term effects. Results last between 3-6 months dependent on the individual’s muscle strength, how much sun exposure you have and whether you are a smoker. Kate currently uses Bocouture Botox.

Dermal filler

Injectable filler is a soft tissue filler injected into the skin to help fill facial wrinkles, add plumpness and restore a smoother appearance.

What areas can be treated?

  • Lips (plumping)
  • Lips (fine lines)
  • Nasolabial folds
  • Cheeks
  • Nose reshaping

How long do the results last?

Kate currently uses Belotero filler, a hyaluronic acid-based filler creating the most natural of results lasting between 6-9 months. Results are temporary because the filler is eventually absorbed by the body.

Vitamin B12 injections

Feeling tired and run down? Your ability to absorb vitamin B12 gradually decreases with age. Low levels can cause anxiety and depression due to the fact B12 is required in the production of “feel good” hormones. The effects of a B12 injection can last up to several months and can help with:

  • Alleviating low mood and anxiety/depression
  • Boost energy levels
  • Help support the health of your hair, nails and skin

Microneedling

Microneedling is a dermaroller procedure that uses small needles to prick the skin. The purpose of treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. It's minimally invasive, requiring no downtime.

What areas can be treated?

Mostly used on the face for the follwing areas:

  • Various scars
  • Wrinkles
  • Large pores

Is microneedling safe and how long do the results last?

It’s considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. You’ll experience minor redness and irritation for a few days after the procedure. Hyaluronic acid can be applied to the skin during the procedure.

The best results are obtained after 3 sessions over 2-3 months.
